I always have been but especially recently in terms of relating ones natural tendencies to find work and area of contribution in life that fuels and energises you into the future.
One of the key sources of job satisfaction is the ability to relate ones work to a sense of contribution to your fellow man. By knowing yourself using some of the excellent tools like DISC profiles, Myers and Briggs personality test etc you empower yourself to start living a life focused on your strengths whilst being aware of areas in your life that may be limiting you.
So again today “Know Thyself”, know your motivations and your natural ability to relate to people and see how you can use this to contribute your God given talent to the world as a whole.
