Avengers End Game Theories

So last week we got the latest Marvel trailer and we got the title – Avengers Endgame which will be in cinemas April 26th 2019. Here is the trailer if you haven’t seen it.

The fan theories are pouring in

And I believe we are given two major clues in the beginning and end of the trailer to how this is all going to end for Thanos and the Avengers.

In the beginning...

We see Tony Stark alone in a spaceship drifting in space with food and water gone four days ago and oxygen running out tomorrow morning he is recording a video message for Pepper Potts.

In it he says “Don’t feel bad about this, part of the journey is the end”.

He seems to have accepted his fate but as Marvel fans have pointed out there is a remarkable similarity in this endgame situation to how it all began for Tony.

Needless to say

You ain’t seen nothing yet and just imagine the epic finale we are going to see for Iron Man and how he sets up the scene for his fellow Avengers. The bald chick by the way is Nebula (Thanos’s adopted daughter) who we see on this same ship (we assume) at the 1:24 mark of the trailer.

I don’t think we are going to see the crazy situation of Nebula giving her parts for Iron Man as some redditors have suggested but maybe some key information beamed to Earth for the Cap or Ant Man that leads to one final hurrah for Iron Man.

Yes most of us expect Avengers Endgame will really be the end for Iron Man so we expect the finale he deserves in this movie!

But the real clue is the end

I’m sure you will agree that the end of the trailer is the real story line that Marvel is developing for Endgame.

At the 2:06 mark of the trailer we see a black screen and the voice of Scott Land over the intercom asking, “Hi, is anyone home?”

We then see a surprised Captain America and Black Widow wondering if this is real, is it an old message to which Black Widow replies, “It’s the front door”.

And here we go, enter Ant Man and the crazy dynamics of the quantum world into the Avengers compound. Remember that the last we see of Ant Man he was collecting healing particles in the quantum world but he gets “stuck” there after the Wasp and Dr. Hank Pym are extinguished by the Thanos click.

The immediate question is how did Ant Man escape the quantum world which seems impossible to come back from in his situation with no outside support?

It is entirely possible Ant Man is able to figure this situation out by himself but I do wonder if this might be a setup for Tony Stark whose dad Howard was involved with research with Dr. Hank Pym in the quantum world.

You better believe the quantum world holds a key and quite possibly THE KEY to the whole Endgame scenario Dr. Strange foresaw.

This is interesting timing for me

As I just started to read a book talking about this crazy thing called the Quantum World.

Yes folks what you are seeing in the movies is not science fiction, scientists have been attempting to study it since the early 1900’s. And if there is one thing that is true of Quantum physics it’s that none of the rules we take for granted in our natural four dimension world apply in the quantum world.

Quite literally the laws of time and space don’t apply!

I know many of you have guessed there could be a time stone element at play in Endgame and you might be right. But definitely expect Ant Man and what he has learnt by being in the quantum world to rewrite the rules of what has happened in the physical Universe.

It’s going to be quite interesting to see how Marvel incorporates some of the science of Quantum physics into the movie without making it too “out there”. That is the amazing thing the reality of what quantum physicists are observing right now would be too weird and wonderful even for a Marvel movie. So I can’t wait to see how they are going to play there cards with this one.

And while you are here leave a comment with your own Avenger Endgame theories
