Who we are
This website is operated by Paul Therond & Associates. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We only use your information to run the services you ask us to provide.

Depending on how you use the site, we collect:
- Account details — your name and email address when you create a member account or sign in with Google.
- Your wishlist — which software products you save so we can pursue group deals on your behalf.
- Purchase records — payments you make through us (handled by Stripe; we never see your card number).
- Course progress — which lessons you have completed, so we can save your place.
- Basic technical data — IP address and browser type in standard server logs, used to keep the site secure and working.
Google sign-in
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google sends us your email address and name to create or sign you into your member account. We do not receive or store your Google password. You can remove this connection at any time from your Google account settings.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and keep your wishlist synced.
- To email you about your account, your wishlist, and group-deal opportunities you have asked about.
- To process payments and grant access to paid content.
- To keep the site secure and improve how it works.
Cookies and local storage
We use a small cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser’s local storage to remember which items you have wishlisted. These are not used for advertising. You can clear them in your browser at any time.
Third-party services
We share the minimum amount of data needed with the services that make the site work:
- Google — sign-in (Google OAuth).
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — sending account and deal emails.
- Cloudflare — hosting, media storage and security.
- Analytics — anonymous, aggregate visitor statistics where enabled.
How long we keep your data
We keep your account while it is active, and delete it (or your information) on request. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us using the details below. You can also sign out and stop using your account whenever you like.
