The services we offer
The site provides software reviews and a directory, a wishlist used to pursue group deals with software vendors, paid courses, and consulting services. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details safe and for everything that happens under your account. You may not use the site to break the law, or in a way that damages the site or other users.
Wishlists and group deals
Adding a product to your wishlist is a request for us to try to negotiate a group deal. It is not an order and does not create an obligation to buy. Deal availability, pricing and timing are decided by the software vendors and marketplaces, not by us.
Payments and refunds
- Courses — the one-time course fee is processed securely by Stripe. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
- Software deals — purchases are completed through the vendor or a marketplace (such as AppSumo) and are subject to that provider’s own terms and refund policies.
- We reserve the right to revoke access for abuse, and to refuse or refund a purchase at our discretion.
Affiliate and disclosure
Some links to software on this site are affiliate links — if you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This helps keep the directory free.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — including reviews, writing, courses and design — belongs to Paul Therond & Associates. You may read and share links to it, but you may not copy or republish it without permission. Software trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep reviews accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees about any product or deal. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paul Therond & Associates is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, any deal you purchase, or any advice we provide.
