It's built around Eventin: instead of clicking through menus to create or update events, you type 'Create an event for July 15' or 'Change the Spring Workshop ticket price from $50 to $65' and the assistant handles it. It can manage events, reservations with visual seat booking, calendars, and general WordPress settings, and it remembers session context so you can reference earlier events or attendees without repeating yourself. When the AI can't solve something, a 'Talk to Agent' button escalates to a live support agent with full context transferred. Integration is one-click — Aisentic will install and activate Eventin if needed. The plugin is free with free tokens included at signup, show/hide controls for where the chatbot appears, and step-by-step guidance drawn from the actual plugin docs. WooCommerce and WPCafe integrations are on the roadmap.
