Additional Pricing Information
AI responses are bundled into each plan — no BYOK, no managing your own model keys (the vendor sells this as a simplicity win, but it also means you can't route around their credit pricing). Over-limit credits cost $12 per 1,000. Add-ons priced separately: Suite (internal AI tools + developer APIs) at $99 one-time, OTP phone verification from $100 usage-based on Pro/Max, hierarchical RAG at $40/mo on Pro/Max, and managed setup from $299. Native Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce and Zendesk connectors are still 'in active development', not shipped.
Details
What is Hyperleap?
Hyperleap is a no-code AI agent platform pitched as 'the AI front desk for small businesses' — one chatbot that answers questions, qualifies leads, and books appointments across a website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger. Setup is genuinely streamlined: you paste your website URL, Hyperleap scrapes and chunks it into a knowledge base (adding PDFs, CSVs, and FAQs as needed), generates a starting behavior prompt, and you deploy via a single script tag that works on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, or plain HTML. Every conversation is gated by a configurable pre-chat form, leads land in your inbox with the full transcript, and Pro/Max add OTP phone verification so the number you captured actually exists. The platform leans hard on control — guardrails and fallback answers you write in plain English, per-person permissions, white-label on higher tiers, and 100+ language auto-translation. For developers there are signed webhooks and a REST API (native HubSpot/Salesforce/Zapier connectors are promised, not shipped). Founded by an ex-Microsoft engineer and an IIT Bombay alum, Hyperleap Software Technologies launched the product publicly in May 2024 and is a Meta Technology Provider. There is no free tier and no independent review base to speak of yet — and the RocketHub lifetime deal that put the product on most people's radar sold out quickly, leaving the monthly plans ($40-$200) as the only way in.
Key Features
- Multi-Channel Deployment — One agent serves your website, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and Messenger from a single configuration, with rich cards and carousels on all four channels.
- No-Code Builder — A single screen with live preview controls branding, guardrails, fallback, and lead form; click any element in the preview and the panel jumps to that setting.
- Grounded Knowledge Base — Answers come only from sources you attach (site URLs, sitemaps, PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, FAQ CSVs) with guardrails and a fallback you author.
- Lead Capture & Qualification — Pre-chat forms collect name, email, and phone before the conversation; OTP verification on Pro/Max filters junk leads, and everything is emailed to your team.
- Agentic Workflows & Follow-ups — After a conversation settles, the agent can notify nominated people and send approved follow-up messages on your behalf.
- Multi-Language Support — Auto-translation across 100+ languages with context-aware replies and no per-language agent to build.
- Industry Templates — 35+ presets (healthcare, dental, real estate, hospitality, home services, education, legal, salons) shipping with industry-specific prompts and questions.
- Webhooks & REST API — Signed (HMAC-SHA256) webhooks and a full REST API for routing leads into your own systems, with a delivery log and response codes.
- MCP-Ready — A scoped, read-only MCP server lets your AI tools query leads, conversations, and analytics ('which questions does our site not answer?').
Who is it for?
- Small business owners (home services, real estate, healthcare, hospitality) who want after-hours leads captured and booked without hiring a virtual assistant
- Marketing agencies running white-label chatbots for multiple clients from one dashboard — Pro and Max tiers remove the Hyperleap branding
- Non-technical teams that need a working support/lead bot in under 30 minutes without touching code
- Businesses that live on WhatsApp or Instagram DMs and want those channels answered without living in the app
- Service businesses with recurring FAQs that want the same agent across website and social channels instead of juggling multiple bots
- Teams that want lead data out of a walled garden — email delivery, webhooks, and the API are all there from day one
Who is it NOT for?
- Anyone needing voice, SMS, Slack, Telegram, or email channels — all still on the roadmap
- Buyers who want BYOK to control model choice and costs — Hyperleap is credit-metered only, with no way to plug in your own keys
- Companies with big knowledge bases: the 40MB-per-chatbot cap is tight once your help content grows
- Teams needing native HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zapier connectors today — they're 'in active development', so expect webhook work
- Risk-averse buyers: no verified review base, a five-person bootstrapped vendor, and a founder history of three shut-down startups
- Anyone who missed the lifetime deal — at $40-200/mo the math only works if the bot genuinely handles meaningful volume
The Bottom Line
Hyperleap is one of the better-built no-code chatbot platforms I've seen this year — the setup flow is slick, the channel coverage is real (and Meta-approved), and the lead capture plus webhook story is more honest than most chatbot pitches. But there's a catch the marketing won't lead with: zero independent review base, a tiny bootstrapped vendor with several closed startups behind it, and the good RocketHub deal already sold out. If you need a WhatsApp + website front desk and the $99-199 lifetime price had been in reach, it was a reasonable punt. At $40-200/month with your data and your customers' conversations depending on a five-person company's survival, I'd want a few real customer references and a clear export path before I signed up — or I'd start with a 7-day trial and a hard look at the alternatives.
