WowInvoice is a WooCommerce plugin from WPXPO that automates the whole document side of order fulfillment. Once configured, it generates and emails PDF invoices, packing slips, picklists, shipping labels, delivery notes, and credit notes based on order status triggers, and supports standardized UBL invoices (UBL 2.1, PEPPOL BIS 3.0, and CIUS profiles for AT/IT/NL/ES/RO) for machine-readable accounting. Store owners customize premade designer templates with their logo, company details, tax IDs, a flexible invoice numbering scheme (prefix, suffix, minimum length, with live preview), configurable product tables, billing/shipping addresses, and full financial breakdowns including per-product tax. EU VAT numbers can be pulled from major VAT plugins (Germanized, EU VAT Assistant, EU VAT Guard and others) or collected via a built-in checkout field, and barcodes, QR codes, order notes, and up to three attached files (terms, policies, warranties) can be added to documents. RTL support covers Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, and Urdu.
